Welcome home, Joanna! Sleep well.
ReplyDeleteJoanna you cracked me up with this post! I clicked over expecting to see I don't know what and was greeting by the iconic arches. Sounds like you had a refreshing drink.
ReplyDeleteWelcome home!
Welcome back! A kosher McDonalds.. I guess there are no cheeseburgers on that menu! :)
ReplyDeleteWelcome Back Joanna, hope you get your rest. sounds like a long trip.

ReplyDeleteWelcome back, Joanna! Just in time for the holiday! I can't wait to hear all about your trip. PHOTOS please!!!!
ReplyDeleteI find that too with their el cheapo coffee - it always tastes the same at every McDonalds and, I think, it's pretty good value for a dollar. Tel Aviv does sound intriguing, Joanna. Have you been hanging out with James Bond?
ReplyDeleteNothing beats a McDonald's when you are traveling and they always have the cleanest restrooms. Well..most of them do! Welcome home
ReplyDeleteHugs
Merry Christmas

In Israel at Hanukkah! Must have been fun. Can't wait to hear about it! (YnB here. I started a new blog!)
ReplyDeleteCan't wait to hear all about your trip!!!
ReplyDeleteNo coke, just sleep. Don't want the caffeine to keep you up.
ReplyDeleteFunny, but sad about McDonald's.
I'm so glad you made it home safely and had a good trip. I'm greatly anticipating stories about your trip.
ReplyDeleteRest up dear one and have a blessed day!
Yay for safe travels! And coca-cola!
ReplyDeleteGot to love getting Coked up! LOL. I love the stuff. That, and chocolate are my drugs of choice. Don't try to save me, I don't want help! ;-)
ReplyDeleteWelcome back Joanna!
ReplyDeleteLOL I know what you mean about eating food you love...I don't eat McD's much....but I remember coming home after a 2 month trip in India and fianlly eating something that didn't burn. Hope you sleep off that jet lag quick, I don't know why but it's a tough one from that part of the world.
ReplyDeleteIsn't it wonderful that in an ever changing world there some things that comfortingly stay the same?
ReplyDeleteGet some rest, dear Joanna. It's good to have you back.
Isn't it nice to know that in an ever changing world, there are still some comfortingly unchangeable things?
ReplyDeleteWelcome home, dear Joanna! Take some rest and it's good to have you back.
Why is McDonald's coke always better? It's reassuring to know that Tel Aviv Mcdonalds coke is as tasty as Statesboro coke.
ReplyDeleteDamn it, there I was thinking I would have something healthy for lunch but now that you've mentioned McDonalds, I'm going to have to go to the canteen and have some fries lol
ReplyDeleteCaffeine is my enemy. haha.
ReplyDeletehope you got some rest!
When we were in Barcalona McDonald's was our salvation. A Big Mac is a Big Mac the world over.
ReplyDeleteHow I envy your travel experiences.
ReplyDelete(Except, I would leave out the MacDonalds.) Welcome home!
I wonder if you regret eating Kosher McDonalds less than the regular McDonalds.
ReplyDeleteWelcome home Joanna.
ReplyDeleteFunny how during (my) travels, the golden arch is what reminds you of home.
I want to quote your post in my blog. It can?
