just read the good interview - I'm no early bird huh?
about RSS - most of us use it with knowing it. the google friend thing uses it. You don't really need to know many details just be sure to check your settings. I don't remember the exact setting page but it has to do with feeds.
Developers engineers - like doctors we like to create odd named things and then just use the initials.

Did you get specific questions about the RSS feed. All blogs have it and it is what updates blog readers, etc. You can choose to use Feedburner instead of your default feel and you can get a close approximation of how many people subscribe to your feed and how they subscribe (i.e. via reader, email, etc.) If you are on blogger and decide to use feedburner, you have to let blogger know to send your feed through feedburner. You do that by going to Settings, Sitefeed, and typing in the feed url you created on feedburner.

That RSS feed thing - I see Unknown Mami put the setting location in her comment. I just wish it worked faster. I've posted and waited almost an hour before a blogroll shows the new post (the blogroll gets the feed from RSS).
