Wow -- hail in southern Cali? OK, I am trying really, really hard to feel sorry for you out there with those pretty green lawns in the view across the street ... we're still wintry here in Michigan, although it's warmed up to the high 30s today :-)

Bad weather sometimes comes with the compensation of good photo opportunities - I love your images of the mountains in shadow and then when they are snow capped. Lovely.
