Maybe you should play "I want a new drug" but Huey Lewis and the News. They sound very similar so much so that Lewis sued Parker (Ghostbuster writer) for copyright infringement. He could learn a little about our legal system in the process.

I thought it was really cool when my teenage daughter (years ago now) discovered the Beatles. She was asking me about the music.

I was just thinking about "sticky songs" recently. (You mentioned how "Ghostbusters" stayed in your head after this episode.) For some weird reason, I'll hear the damned "Beverly Hillbillies" theme song, or the "rawhide" theme song, going round in my head. Not cool, is it? :-)
